We had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the market and the big park. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the service was excellent, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. We enjoyed the welcome drink as well as the tours and ticket assistance. The happy hour was also a nice touch. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and we appreciated the electric kettle and the flat-screen TV.
We wouldn't recommend this hotel for families. Despite this, we found it to be a great place to stay with fantastic leisure amenities.

The location of the hotel was superb, right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to all the best eateries in this city, as well as the market and Tao Dan park. The staff was polite and always ready to assist us.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic. It was close to Tao Dan park, which was perfect for a morning stroll. it was conveniently located near the market, allowing us to experience the local culture and cuisine. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and we particularly enjoyed the freshly-cut fruit. this hotel had everything we needed for a memorable stay in the heart of the city.
The only drawback we encountered was the availability of karaoke and casino facilities.

During my recent stay at Cicilia Saigon Hotels & Spa, I was kinda surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room. The room was well-maintained and had a modern feel to it. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel's location in District 1 was ideal, with easy access to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast provided a decent variety of options to choose from. I had a positive experience at Cicilia Saigon Hotels & Spa and would recommend it to others.
